COMMUNITY SERVICE

My parents taught me the value of community service very early. I have been doing community service since middle school. For years, I have been volunteering at an old age home helping the residents with various activities. I have continuously been awarded the presidential award for community service.

SPORTS

I enjoy playing several sports, but particularly tennis, basketball and soccer. The neighbor I grew up was close to a county park that had tennis courts. My dad often took me to hit with him and I began to develop a real liking for tennis. Today,I am proud to represent my school, Blue Valley Northwest as part of the varsity team!

PERFORMING ARTS

I grew up watching my brother play the piano and play lead roles in musicals in school. I started learning to play the piano at a very early age and like my brother participated in choir, school musicals and performed at several ethnic and cultural events. I played the lead in the school musical Legally Blonde and was the understudy for Fiddler on the Roof.
